ITNT’s dedicated server hosting solutions are offered to clients who wish to own an entire server (dedicated server) that is not shared with anyone (virtual server). This is more flexible than virtual (shared) hosting, as you will have full control over the server(s), including your choice of operating system (Windows or Red Hat Linux), hardware, etc. Server administration can be provided by ITNT as an add-on service and we can also assist you with the purchase of your server. Our dedicated server hosting services currently include two server hosting options:

Cost per GB Solution

Data transfer speed is unlimited but bandwidth is shaped. The standard package includes an initial bandwidth usage of 10GB. If you exceed your limit during the month you are then charged per GB for the remainder of the month.

Speed Restricted Solution

Bandwidth usage is unlimited but data transfer speed is restricted. This solution is provided on the basis of a set cost per 64K (R 999.00). You can select your preferred speed from 64K to 512K, and you pay per 64K. For example, a data transfer speed of 256K will cost R 3,996 (4 x R 999). For speeds faster than 512K a lower cost per 64K applies. Please contact us (link to support) if you require speeds faster than 512K.

ITNT Hosting provides managed monitoring services for clients with dedicated servers in Johannesburg. These services check the up/down status of servers and running applications.
