  • Assign priorities based on the parameters that have been agreed upon.
  • System of assistance Creates a log and sends it to the appropriate resolver group. If a third-party supplier or vendor is involved, escalation is initiated, and progress is tracked until the issue is resolved.
  • Customer status and ticket resolution are communicated to them in a timely manner.
